Brad Pitt was interviewed by Gwyneth Paltrow to promote God’s Tru Cashmere. During the chat, when the actress brought up her father, Bruce, Brad got a bit emotional and shared how he had come up to him at their engagement, “I’ll never forget when we were engaged and he came to me one day, his eyes full of tears, and he said, ‘You know, I never really realized what they mean when they say you’re gaining a son. “Like, I’m gaining son.” Brad and Gwyneth were a perfect match for those who have never seen the movie Se7en, in which they starred as husband-and-wife.
Gwyneth said, “Yes it does.” While talking about their old times and making a subtle dig at Brad Pitt. I finally met the Brad that I was supposed marry. It only took me 20 years. It’s wonderful to have you now as a friend,” referring to her ex-boyfriend Brad Pitt and husband Brad Falchuk. To this, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actor chimed, “And I do love you,” and the actress shared a mutual response with ‘Love you so much.’
In an earlier interview, the Iron Man star admitted that she didn’t understand what she was doing, when she proposed to Brad Pitt. She said, “I was not ready, and he’s too good for me.”
Brad Pitt’s world has changed dramatically since Angelina Jolie divorced him. He is now in a relationship with Ines de Ramon, while Paltrow and her two children are happily married to Falchuk.
