According to reports, Lee will undergo a series of tests in order to identify the illegal substances he consumed. The actor is accused of administering illegal drugs at a female’s home since 2023. His phone is currently being seized to conduct extensive digital forensics research.

The actor, as quoted by Koreaboo, apologized for the ‘unpleasant incident’ that has brought his fans a great amount of disappointment. “I apologize to everyone who has supported me and trusted me for all these years. My position, as I stated through my agent, is that I would faithfully participate in an investigation with a honest attitude. “I feel very sorry for my suffering family,” said the My Mister actor. He also said that he would “honestly and truthfully” respond during the investigation.
Lee Sun Kyun apologized for the recent controversy in a press release released by his agency just a few short days ago. The actor has announced that he will also step down from any ongoing or upcoming projects.
