In his memoir, the late actor revealed that he had a crush on Jen during the early years of the show. Perry was rejected by the actress. Page Six reported a source who said that Aniston is the one struggling most.
The source revealed that Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are ‘reeling the most’ out of the rest of the Friends’ main cast. The insider stated that Jen is still struggling to come to terms with Matthew Perry’s loss, which came just a year after the death of her father. She was coping with that grief when Perry’s death ‘knocked her off her feet.’ Aniston‘s friends are concerned about her as well.
The insider stated, “She hasn’t recovered from that and now this has knocked her completely off her feet.” The insider continued, “She’s trying to regroup and recuperate, but it has been a devastating blow.”
Matthew Perry died after a drowning-like incident in his Jacuzzi on Sunday, October 28. After his death, the cast of Friends released a statement. Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow attended the funeral for the late actor, Chandler. David Schwimmer and Courteney Cox also attended.
