The domestic white ball season is about to begin. Vijay Hazare Trophy, a one-day action-packed tournament, starts on November 23. The white ball tournament will see 38 groups of teams compete against each other for the prestigious trophy. It will be played on six venues, and it will feature players such as Mayank Agarwal Ajinkya Rahane, Ishant, Sharma, and others.
The group stage matches are scheduled to be played between November 23 and December 11 in Mumbai (Bengaluru), Jaipur (Chandigarh), Ahmedabad (Jaipur), and Chandigarh. The knockout matches, however, will be held in Rajkot.
Saurashtra, the defending champs, will begin their title defence on November 23, at the KSCA Cricket Ground Alur. The most successful team of the tournament, Tamil Nadu (5 times champions), will play Goa in their first match at Dadoji Konddev Stadium in Thane on November 25.
