Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series – aka BMPS – is a professional BGMI league where professional Indian gaming teams compete for a massive pool of prize money. The top-performing teams in recent tournaments, as well as fan favorite teams, can receive invitations to the Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series’ second season.
Krafton has announced that it will host the BMPS 2020 after the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series, which concluded on October 15, 2023. Krafton has announced the BMPS 2023 just a few days after the conclusion BGIS 2023, which took place on October 15.

However, there is no clarity on the date or the format of the tournament. The tournament will be open to all or invitational? The Battlegrounds Mobile India Open Challenge was held before the BMPS during the first season of the BMPS.
This tournament was open to all teams, and teams qualified through online qualifiers. Each round whittled down the number of teams. Finaly, the top teams from the online qualifiers competed against 32 invited teams. And 24 teams advanced into BMPS Season 1 which was won by Team Soul with Goblin as MVP.
