Cristiano Ronaldo plunges into ice bath before Portugal’s Euro qualifying game


Ronaldo has scored 10 goals for A Selecao in 8 qualifying matches. He was on fire when Portugal beat Liechtenstein in the Euro qualifying match 2-0.

Cristiano Ronaldo loves ice baths and has a great character. We have seen him do it during World Cup games and UEFA. He did it again before his country’s last qualifying match against Iceland at Euro 2024.

Al Nassr, the forward of the Portugal national team, is currently occupied. His national team has already qualified for Euro 2024. Ronaldo posted a picture to his Instagram Story where he meditated after taking an Ice Bath ahead of the final Euro 2024 Qualifying Game against Iceland. Ronaldo wants their campaign to end on a high.

Cristiano Ronaldo shared a picture on his Instagram story where he was doing meditation after taking an ice bath before Euro qualifier game.

Portugal’s Euro 2016-winning captain has been crucial to the campaign thus far. He has scored 16 goals in 17 games, including nine assists, for Al Nassr. He has also scored ten goals in eight qualifying games for A Selecao. He was in excellent form when Portugal defeated Liechtenstein in the Euro qualifying match 2-0.

On Sunday, the former Real Madrid star will be in action when Portugal plays Iceland in a Euro qualifier. The 38-year-old then returns to Saudi Arabia, where he will play against Al-Akhdoud in the league. Al Nassr, Ronaldo’s Al Nassr, are four points behind Al Nassr.
